The nature of yoga is to celebrate your spirit in a balance of stillness and movement; and once you ignite your strength, it’s time to move onwards to the weights and cardio room.

Whether it’s arms or legs day, we have all the fitness equipment you need to see results. For a heart pumping cardio workout, choose from an assortment of treadmills, Life Fitness bikes, and rowing machines to get you going. For muscle building, try a variety of weightlifting machines and the dumbbell rack. To keep you motivated, look up every now and then to see the walls donned with inspirational quotes: “You are going to want to give up, don’t” and “You are your only limit.” Use this as fuel to help break your limit.

Rest is just as important as your workout. Follow your body’s signals and give it a chance to relax so it can rebuild, reboot, and strengthen. To compliment your fitness experience, we have an expansive resort-style swimming pool. What’s better than a post-workout swim and tanning session on the in-water pool lounger?
